• ​​​​All hearing evaluations are comprised of a complete diagnostic battery of tests that include obtaining visual otoscopy, monaural and binaural speech measurements, pure tone air conduction threshold measurements, pure tone bone conduction threshold measurements, UCL's, MCL's, SRT's and masking as needed.
• Aided fitting verification using live and recorded voice.
• A trial period during which you wear your instruments while deciding if they're right for your lifestyle and your needs.
• We teach you how to use and care for your instruments. 
• Complimentary follow up appointments that include programming and fitting adjustments as needed.
• Counseling during your hearing rehabilitation and for as long as you own your instruments.
• Repair warranties, loss and damage warranties, and extended repair warranties.
• Ongoing ear wax management and removal as needed.
• Four clean and check appointments per year, for as long as you own your instruments.
• On site lab repairs.
• Yearly hearing evaluations and reprogramming of your instruments to your current hearing loss,  for as long as you own your instruments.
• We make sure to fit you with a product that will have enough reserve gain to take you years down the road.
• We work with many insurance companies.
