Meet Our Team
Avalon is comprised of a husband and wife team, Cynthia and David Lockhart. Both are U.S. Navy veterans committed to serving their clients with the same respect and care with which they proudly served this great nation. They have owned Avalon for over 9 years.
Cynthia has decades of experience in health care, with over 22 years focused on fitting and dispensing hearing instruments. Cynthia's custom molds fit like a comfortable pair of well worn shoes. With high expectations and adept hearing aid programming skills, Cynthia accepts nothing but a perfect fit for each of her precious clients. Throughout her career, Cynthia has received numerous awards and recognitions for exemplary customer service. She says, "I'm a servant of the Lord and blessed by Him with the ability to do my job well."
While serving in the Navy Cynthia was an operation room technician at Parris Island Marine Corp Recruit Depot, South Carolina.
David manages the accounting side of the business. He enjoys keeping the books tidy and negotiating the very best pricing with hearing aid manufacturers. While serving as a yeoman in the Navy, David performed accounting services for the engineering division at Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida.
